AMG DIRTY DOZEN 08/15/19: A Made-For-T.V. Movie Motherlode
The first AMG Dirty Dozen of August brings you a bevy offilms designed specifically for home viewing. Every title on this list oftwelve is a made for t.v. film, all but one produced during the golden '70s eraof t.v. movies. The list includes two films written by the great RichardMatheson, one of the most infamous anti-drug propaganda films ever made and noless than three different backdoor pilots (i.e. films designed to set up aseries) by Gene Roddenberry of Star Trekfame. As you struggle through the last of the summer, these films offerplentiful entertainment to keep you engaged while you wait out the heat.
