A look through this site's past music reveals will reveal that Schlockmania is a big fan of Philly Soul and Tom Moulton's work as a remixer. Thus, it is a great joy to be able to announce that Harmless will be releasing a third volume of their Philly Regrooved series. Philly Regrooved 3 will feature another set of Moulton mixes new and old for both hits and cult classics from the rich history of Philly Soul. To make things better, they've expanded the set to 2 discs and it will draw on a wider variety of Philly Soul labels than Vols. 1 and 2. “Philly Re-Grooved – More From The Master” is to be released by Harmless on 13th May 2013.  Featuring 19 Tom Moulton remixes from the vaults of Atlantic, Atco, Buddah, Chelsea, Columbia, Roxbury, Defected and more.

This double CD includes the extended versions of songs by legendary Philadelphia acts such as The Spinners, New York City, Sons Of Robin Stone, Blue Magic, the Philly Devotions, Melba Moore, Bettye Swann, The Modulations, William DeVaughn, The Ebonys, Loose Change, David Morris Jr and the Trammps - many of these also being huge international hits when first released.

Most of these tracks have been hard to find for years.  Two have never been released before.
